(1) If a ten percent cash deposit to the court is accepted, in no event shall it be less than ten dollars. (2) A ten percent deposit will not be accepted to secure bail in the amount designated on the uniform schedule for bail for traffic, boating, fish and wildlife offenses listed therein.
