A. A motion to destroy reports and records shall be served upon all of the following:
(1) The district attorney.(2) The clerk of the court whose records are sought to be destroyed.(3) The head of any agency whose reports and records are sought to be destroyed.B. Service shall be in the manner provided for service of a petition.
