Rule 90, Garnishments and Sequestration, consisting of Subdivisions 90.01 to 90.30, was repealed by Order of the Supreme Court dated June 10, 1980, and a new Rule 90, Garnishments and Sequestration, consisting of Subdivisions 90.01 to 90.22, was adopted June 10, 1980, effective January 1, 1981.

Rule 90, Garnishments and Sequestration, consisting of Subdivisions 90.01 to 90.22, was repealed by Order of the Supreme Court dated May 15, 1998, effective January 1, 1999, and a new Rule 90, Garnishments and Sequestration, consisting of Subdivisions 90.01 to 90.16, was adopted May 15, 1998, effective January 1, 1999.
