Rule 66A – Commissioners.

(a) Commissioner to Partition. In an action in which the court orders the partition of real property, it may appoint one (1) or more commissioners to partition the property in kind or by sale as directed by the court.
(b) Allowance of Fees. Allowances of fees and expenses to a commissioner shall only be made on hearing after such notice as the court shall order.
