(a)Withdrawal of counsel. – Rule 4.03(b) of the Trial Court Rules shall govern the withdrawal of counsel. (b)Substitution of counsel. – Rule 4.04 of the Trial Court Rules shall govern the substitution of counsel by stipulation.
