At the time of filing a judgment for an annulment, divorce, or legal separation, the party who prepared the judgment shall furnish to the clerk of court 2 true copies of the judgment, including any attachments to the judgment referenced in the judgment, in addition to the original judgment. Until the copies are presented, the clerk may refuse to accept the judgment for filing. After the judgment is filed, the clerk shall mail a copy promptly to each party to the action at the last-known address, and the mailing shall be shown in the court record.
