(a) If all of the parties who are individuals reside in this state and the child does not reside in the issuing state, a tribunal of this state has jurisdiction to enforce and to modify the issuing state’s child support order in a proceeding to register that order.(b) A tribunal of this state exercising jurisdiction under this section shall apply the provisions of W.S. 20-4-139 through 20-4-150, 20-4-173 through 20-4-184, 20-4-193 through 20-4-198 and the procedural and substantive law of this state to the proceeding for enforcement or modification. W.S. 20-4-151 through 20-4-172, 20-4-185 through 20-4-187, 20-4-190 through 20-4-192, 20-4-198 and 20-4-201 through 20-4-213 do not apply.
