(a) The department shall establish a program of child support enforcement services in cooperation with the federal government pursuant to Title IV-D and other applicable federal regulations, to aid in administering the requirements of the program.(b) The department shall designate a division within the department to administer the program in accordance with this act.(c) Repealed by Laws 2017, ch. 179, § 2.
