(a) Books and Records. Except as herein otherwise specifically provided, the clerk of court shall keep books and records as provided by statute.(b) Other Books and Records. The clerk of court shall also keep such other books, records, data and statistics as may be required from time to time by the Supreme Court or the judge of the district in which the clerk is acting.
