Rule 37 – Appeals to the Superior Court

(a)Generally. Appeals to the Superior Court from this Court shall be governed by the Rules of the Superior Court.
(b)Bond. The Court shall set appropriate bond with surety upon notice of appeal by the defendant.
(c) Posting of bond. The defendant shall post the required appeal bond within ten (10) days of the date the appeal. Where the appeal bond is not posted as required, the Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified transcript of the record and certification that the defendant was given notice of the required appeal bond and has failed to post said bond, to the Prothonotary. Rule 38. Stay of execution.
