Rule 22.2 – Materials Used During Deliberations

(a)Generally. Upon retiring for deliberations, jurors must take into the jury room:

(1) forms of verdict approved by the court;
(2) jurors’ copies of the court’s instructions;
(3) jurors’ notes; and
(4) tangible evidence as the court directs.
(b)Verdict Form Limitation. The form of verdict must not indicate whether the described offense is a felony or a misdemeanor.
