Rule 27.5 – Order and Notice of Discharge

Upon expiration or early termination of probation, the superior court must order the probationer’s discharge from probation. Upon expiration or early termination of probation imposed by a limited jurisdiction court, the probationer is discharged from probation. Upon the probationer’s request, the court must furnish the probationer with a certified copy of the discharge order in superior court or of the early termination order in a limited jurisdiction court.
