Section 54-108g – Prohibition against disclosure of personal information of probation officers to certain individuals under the Freedom of Information Act

Any personal information of a current or former probation officer employed by the Judicial Branch that is not related to the performance of such officer’s duties or employment, including, but not limited to, such officer’s (1) date of birth, (2) Social Security number, (3) current or former electronic mail address, telephone number or residential address, (4) photograph, and (5) driver’s license information, shall not be subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, as defined in section 1-200, to any individual under the supervision of the Court Support Services Division or any individual committed to the custody or supervision of the Commissioner of Correction pursuant to section 53a-32 for a violation of probation.
