Rule 1.1207 – Joinder and counterclaim

Except as permitted by this rule there shall be no joinder of any other claim and no counterclaim. Any party may perfect or quiet title to the property, or have an adjudication of the rights of any or all parties as to any or all matters growing out of or connected with the property, including liens between them.
