(A) Motions; in writing; grounds. An application for an order is a motion. Every motion, unless made during trial, shall be in writing, shall state with particularity the grounds therefor, and shall set forth the relief or order sought.(B) Form. The rules applicable to captions, signing, and other matters of form of pleadings, including Rule 17(A), apply to all motions and other papers provided for by these rules.
