(a) Generally. – The procedure on appeal shall be as provided in the rules of the Supreme Court.(b) Transmission of record. – The prothonotary shall comply with Supreme Court Rule 9(b). (c) Preparation of transcript. – The court reporter, counsel, and the trial judge shall comply with Supreme Court Rule 9(e).(d) Mandate. – The court shall comply with Supreme Court Rule 19(c).(e) Continuing duty of counsel. – Counsel shall comply with Supreme Court Rule 26(a).(f) Certification of questions of law. – The prothonotary, counsel and the court shall comply with Supreme Court Rule 41.
