Rule 66 – Receivers

An action in which a receiver has been appointed shall not be dismissed except by order of the court. Subject to a change of assignment by the Administrative Judge, the judge who appoints a receiver shall take cognizance of all matters pertaining to such receivership, so long as the judge remains in office; but the judge may request any other judge to act for that judge. Except as otherwise provided by statute, the practice in actions for the appointment of a receiver and in actions brought by or against a receiver shall be governed by these rules.
