(a)Scope of rule. – Eminent domain proceedings in the circuit courts are governed by these rules of civil procedure. (b)Jury trials. – A jury in an eminent domain proceeding in circuit court shall consist of twelve freeholders who shall meet the requirements of W. Va. Code ยง 54-2-10.
