(a) The electronic delivery of documents to the Family Court of the State of Delaware shall be referred to as “eDelivery”.
(b) When the Chief Judge of the Family Court determines that it is appropriate for any civil case, or category of cases, to follow the procedures for eDelivery, the Chief Judge shall designate it as a case or category of cases that may be eDelivered.
(c) No Delaware lawyer shall authorize anyone to eDeliver on that lawyer’s behalf, other than an employee of his/her law firm or service provider retained to assist in eFiling.
(d) No person shall utilize the password of another in connection with eDelivery.
(e) The eDelivery of a document by a lawyer, by another under the authorization of a lawyer pursuant to paragraph (c) of this rule, or by a party not represented by an attorney, shall constitute a signature of that person under Family Court Civil Rule 11.
