(1) The clerk shall provide notification of the temporary removal hearing to the parents or other person exercising custodial control or supervision, county attorney, the state child protective service agency, any guardian ad litem and any counsel of record.(2) The order entered at the hearing shall contain the contents of the official AOC form, AOC-DNA-3, Order-Temporary Removal Hearing, which is available for use in compliance with this rule.
