(1) In the absence of agreement the party at whose insistence the deposition is to be taken shall give to every party reasonable written notice of the time and place for taking the deposition. In the absence of good cause shown, notice of less than 72 hours shall not be deemed reasonable for the purposes of this rule. (2) The notice shall state the name and address of each person to be examined. On motion of a party upon whom the notice is served, the court for cause shown may change the time or place of taking.
