Section 40-4C-13 – [Effective 7/1/2021] Department-duties

The department shall pursue the establishment and enforcement of an order for health care coverage when a minor child receives public assistance or medicaid or upon application of a custodial or noncustodial parent to the department and payment by the custodial or noncustodial parent of fees required by the department.
