Section 721 – Statements of coconspirators

Upon written motion of the defendant, the court shall order the district attorney to disclose to the defendant the state’s intent to use any written, recorded, or oral statements of coconspirators that the state intends to introduce in its case in chief pursuant to Louisiana Code of Evidence Article 801(D)(3)(b).
